By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the fb002 Casino platform available at fb002.app (hereinafter referred to as "fb002," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you (hereinafter referred to as "Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

fb002 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

In compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming obligations, fb002 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. fb002 reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold any funds in such accounts pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

fb002 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. fb002 will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

fb002 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction of residence provide otherwise.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

fb002 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, fb002 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.
